Testimony: A man learned that his niece, who was less than one year old at the time, had only a 50% chance of living due to a defective valve in her heart. As he read the Bible, this scripture seemed to jump out of the page and he knew God wanted to heal his niece. He bought a Bible and went to share this scripture with his brother and sister-in-law and pray for the baby. The young child was healed as God worked through the hands of the doctors.

Testimony: So many people have received healing from this scripture (with his stripes we are healed) which is repeated in the New Testament in 1 Peter 2:24. A young man that had a leg a half inch shorter than the other and wore a half inch heel pad in his shoe came for prayer. God healed him in front of our eyes and he threw his heel pad in the garbage. I saw him a year later and he said he never had to go back to the chiropractor again since he was healed.

Testimony: A Bible teacher shared a story of a family who bought some land. In the real estate deal they were cheated out of the good land and ended up with a terrible piece of land. Testimony: A lady who has preached the Gospel for 50 years gave her testimony at our church. She was deformed at birth and never walked for over a decade. For over 10 years, her mother never doubted that God would do a miracle and heal her. Sure enough, one day Jesus Christ came into their home like a wind and healed her. Her bones popped together as the power of God hit her and she got out of her wheelchair. Her mother had to have great faith in believing this miracle, as she had to wait so long for it.

Testimony: One Bible teacher explained that walking by faith involves spending time everyday in the Holy scriptures letting the Holy Spirit speak to you through the pages of the Bible. It also involves mediating on scriptures over and over until you see yourself walking out the victory promise in the Bible. Faith begins where the will of God is known so walking by faith is knowing God’s will. Most people want to see the answers to their prayers before they will believe in them. That requires no faith at all. The teacher explained that you have to believe in the answer before you see it, as that is what walking by faith is all about.

Testimony: One year I joined a group of Bible College students to feed the poor on Christmas Day. It was the first time I had ever been away from my family at Christmas. My eyes were opened to feel the pain of those who do not have a family. All of us were blessed tremendously to see the faces of the poor light up as we served them food and ate dinner with them.
